Thank you for choosing to use our website for information, reservations and sales. 

Below states the conditions and regulations of sales which follows and honor the laws stipulated in Norway for online sales.

Prices & VAT

All prices on the website are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include VAT.

Deliveries & Shipping

All purchases Matsaya, with address Nytorget 8, 4013 Stavanger, Norway & Vågsgata 16, 4306, Sandnes are picked up locally on site. Shipping is therefore not relevant.

Payment 

You can use VISA/Mastercard and Vipps when ordering online.

Payment Conditions

The Seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the Seller to the Buyer If the Buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the Seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged on the same day the item is sent.

Personal Information

The seller processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Your own information under Privacy that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or linked with other external registers.M & Teas Trading AS will not sell or pass on personal data without consent.

Card Information

When you shop with the Seller, the payment is processed by Elavon, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations.

Cancellation

Free cancellation for take-away until the food is produced (45 minutes before). Catering orders can be canceled free of charge 5 days before.

Complaint

If there is a defect in the product, you must, within a reasonable time after you discover it, give the Seller written notice (call,e-mail or text message) that you want to claim the defect. The seller will then give you information on what to do next. The rules on complaints can be found in the Law on Consumer Purchases (Forbrukerkjøvenloven).

Unclaimed Goods

Goods that are not picked up at the delivery point at any Matsaya locations, Norway will be charged the amount ordered.

Conflict Resolution

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties must try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on phone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no. M & Teas Trading AS will follow the Consumer Complaints Committee's decisions.
